Terms of Service
By accessing or using Throttle ("we", "us", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account, list a vehicle, or message a dealer. Throttle is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless you are a registered dealer.
2. Listings
You are responsible for the accuracy of any listing you post. Throttle reserves the right to remove listings that are misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise violate these Terms. We do not own, inspect, or take title to any vehicle listed on Throttle.
3. Throttle+ subscription
Paid features ("Throttle+") are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings.
4. Prohibited content
You may not post anything illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that violates a third party's rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". Throttle is not a party to any sale and makes no warranty about listings, prices, or values shown. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms; if we make material changes we'll notify registered users by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
