Tell Throttle never to send a buyer inquiry to your address, or to anyone at your dealership's email domain. No account, no questions, and it is permanent.

What should we stop?

Nothing changes until you open the link we email you and confirm. The request can be confirmed once, within 48 hours.

What happens next

  • The address or domain goes on a permanent do-not-contact list, which is checked before anything could be sent.
  • The list keeps a one-way hash of an address, not the address itself.
  • We action it within 24 hours and will not ask you to reconsider. Nothing a buyer or anyone at Throttle does can override it.
  • To have the contact details we hold deleted as well, make a deletion request.
