New to Throttle? Continuing creates your account, and by creating it you agree to the Terms of service and the Privacy Policy — including the licence you give us for anything you post or send (Terms, section 6) and how we use data, including for de-identified research and model training (Privacy Policy, section 7). If you already have an account and we have published a new version, we will ask you to accept it separately.
